The sports importer helps teams bring fixture information into the CMS and assign it to relevant places.
Before importing
Confirm the competition, teams, date and intended venues. Review any publishing option offered by your organisation before starting the import.
An automatic publishing option can make fixtures live immediately. Leave it off when the fixtures need review first.
Review imported fixtures
After the import, check:
- Fixture name and teams
- Date and start time
- Venue assignments
- Category or competition
- Publishing status
Use the content list and its status filters to locate fixtures that still need review.
Report an import problem
Include the fixture, affected venue, import time and exact error message. If permissions prevent the import, include the signed-in user's email address and role.
