Use this checklist when an edit is visible in the editor but not on the public website.
Confirm the venue and page
Check that you edited the correct venue and the correct section. Save the change and open the public preview from the editor toolbar.
Check visibility and dates
Review any status, start date, end date or feature toggle attached to the content. Expired or hidden items will not appear publicly.
For recurring events, confirm that the occurrence you expect is active.
Check photos and placeholders
The editor can show placeholder boxes while a venue has too few gallery photos. Add at least three suitable photos and check the public preview.
If an image is missing, confirm that its upload completed and that the crop was saved.
Refresh safely
Reload the public page once or open it in a private browser window. Domain and browser caches can briefly continue showing an older page after a domain or deployment change.
Do not repeatedly recreate the content while the first change is still propagating.
Check the domain
If the my-place.io preview works but the custom domain does not, review the domain status inside My Place. The domain is ready only when My Place reports it as connected and it loads over HTTPS.
Contact support
Include the venue, editor page, public URL, expected result and a screenshot. State whether the preview and custom domain behave differently.
