Use the Productlane support widget while signed in whenever possible. This lets support identify the venues and plan context connected to your account.
What to include
Send:
- The affected venue
- The page or feature involved
- What you expected
- What happened instead
- A screenshot when useful
- The public URL when the issue is visible to customers
Never send passwords, recovery links, authentication codes or full payment-card details.
When a human is required
Ask for the support team when the request involves account ownership, billing or cancellation, a domain change that could interrupt service, missing venue access, or a confirmed product fault.
The assistant may gather the details first so the team can act efficiently.
Third-party services
My Place can explain how its own booking links, domain connection and integrations work. Problems inside an external provider—such as mailbox errors, provider account access, booking-provider billing or social-network settings—must normally be handled by that provider.
Venue customer enquiries
My Place supports the venue website owner. It cannot make a table booking, answer venue-specific accessibility questions or confirm local charges on behalf of a pub, airport or other business.
Use the venue's public contact or booking details for those requests.
