My Place is a no-code website builder for independent hospitality venues. It is designed for owners, landlords and managers who want a professional website they can update themselves without waiting for a developer.
Who My Place is for
My Place is a strong fit for:
- independent pubs and local bars
- cafés and coffee shops
- restaurants and dining rooms
- hotels and inns with a food-and-drink venue
- street-food traders and other hospitality businesses
- teams that want staff to help keep day-to-day content current
It works especially well when the venue needs to change menus, events, sports fixtures, opening hours, photos or booking links regularly.
For managed estates, leased and tenanted groups, franchises, or businesses that need central control across many venues, ask about 24social Enterprise.
What you can manage
A My Place website can include:
- food, drink, children’s, Sunday and seasonal menus
- AI-assisted menu import from a photo or PDF, with human review before publishing

- venue photos, a cover image and branding
- regular and special opening hours
- booking, telephone, map and other customer-action buttons
- contact or enquiry forms
- simple analytics for visits, page views and button clicks

- staff access so trusted teammates can help with updates
- a custom domain on the paid plan, with secure hosting included

Keep the tools you already use
My Place can send booking buttons to the venue’s existing booking platform, so you do not need to replace a working reservation system.
Supported booking integrations include services such as DesignMyNight, OpenTable, TheFork, liveRES, Zenchef, Quandoo, ResDiary and Bookatable. A custom booking link can be used for another provider.
The editor also supports Google Maps, TripAdvisor, food-hygiene information and selected industry badges. Check the current integrations page for the live list.
My Place links customers to booking providers; it does not run the provider’s booking account. Direct Instagram, Facebook, Google Analytics and Mailchimp connections must not be promised unless the live editor shows them as available. The link-in-bio feature and ordinary social links are separate from automatic social posting.
How getting started works
- Look up the venue by name or address.
- Review the pre-filled venue details, opening hours, social links and facilities.
- Edit the draft description, colours, photos, menus, events and customer actions.
- Preview the website on desktop and mobile.
- Share the My Place address or subscribe and connect a custom domain.
Most people can prepare a useful draft in one sitting. No coding or web designer is required.
If the team has no time to prepare the first version, use the website setup request. The team can create a first version for the venue to review, publish and maintain.
Price and trial
The standard plan is specific to one venue:
- £30 per month, billed monthly
- £300 per year, billed annually
The annual option is £60 less than 12 monthly payments, a saving of about 17%.
You can create and preview the website for free before subscribing, with no payment card required until you choose to continue. The monthly option is a 30-day rolling subscription with no long-term commitment.
Pricing was checked on 5 November 2026. Confirm the live price and renewal terms on the My Place pricing page and at checkout before purchasing.
Common buying questions
Do I need technical skills?
No. My Place is designed for hospitality operators rather than developers. The venue team edits content through the website editor and checks changes in a public preview.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. The paid plan supports a custom domain. Follow the live DNS instructions shown for that venue. Domain registration and domain email remain with their existing providers.
Is hosting included?
Yes. My Place handles website hosting. The venue remains responsible for its domain registration and any separate email service.
Can staff help?
Yes. Trusted teammates can be invited to help manage the venue. Access is specific to the venue and invitation email.
Do I have to change my booking system?
No. Keep the existing booking provider and connect the appropriate venue ID or public booking URL.
Will it automatically post to social media?
Do not assume so. My Place provides a link-in-bio page and can show social links. Only use a direct social integration when the live editor explicitly offers it.
Is it suitable for many venues?
The standard plan and editor are venue-specific. Multi-venue groups that need central control, managed rollout, bespoke integrations or negotiated pricing should speak with the 24social Enterprise team.
