Plans are attached to individual venues. One account can therefore manage venues on different plans.
Current My Place pricing
The standard My Place venue plan is:
- £30 per month, billed monthly
- £300 per year, billed annually
The annual option is £60 less than paying the monthly price for 12 months, a saving of about 17%.
You can create and preview a venue website for free before subscribing, with no payment card required until you choose to continue. Prices and the exact renewal terms are shown again at checkout.
The paid plan includes the public venue website, menus, events, sports fixtures, featured content, contact forms, booking links, colours and branding, staff access, a custom domain, and future product updates.
Pricing was checked against the public My Place pricing page on 5 November 2026. Review the live My Place pricing page and checkout before purchase in case it has changed.
Check the current venue
Open the dashboard and choose the venue whose plan you want to review. Confirm the venue name before upgrading or opening billing settings.
The editor shows which features are available for the selected venue and displays an upgrade option where the current plan does not include a feature.
Upgrade a venue
Use the upgrade action shown for the venue. Review the plan, billing interval, price, tax and renewal terms on the checkout screen before confirming payment.
Do not assume that upgrading one venue changes another venue on the same account.
Manage billing
Use the venue's billing or subscription management action to review the current plan, invoices and available changes.
The monthly option is a 30-day rolling subscription with no long-term commitment and can be cancelled through the billing controls. Review the terms shown at checkout for the annual option.
Billing changes can affect public features such as custom domains or plan-specific tools. Review the effect before downgrading or cancelling.
Contact support
For a billing problem, include the venue name, account email and the date and amount of the charge. Do not send full card details.
Support may ask for the final four digits or a payment reference when needed to locate the transaction.
